The room was clean and the amenities included a safe, multi-channel TV, and a microwave. I truly enjoyed the room and beds were exceptionally comfortable. The hotel had a marvellous and unbeatable position, to eateries.

The deluxe apartment was tidy and had a safe, multi-channel TV and a microwave. The food we had was reasonably priced and good. The location was exceptionally nice close to shopping mall and the staff here was very professional.

My family and I recently stayed at Batians hotel for a week-long vacation. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us with any requests. The Wifi facilities were top-notch, allowing us to stay connected easily. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, especially the fresh and white towels. Despite the slow service due to having only one cook, the food from the a la carte menu was delicious.

Lastly, the location just out of the city center was ideal, offering a peaceful environment while still being conveniently close to Nairobi's attractions. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast included in the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very pleasant and always ready to help. The hotel facilities were clean and well-equipped. The location was perfect, being in a quiet area just off the main street and very close to Yaya shops. We also found it relatively close to the central business district. The breakfast was included in the room rate and had a good variety of options to choose from.
